Please note the following equipment and experience requirements per class. Students without proper gear, will not be permitted to attend class. We don’t provide loaner gear.
- All Levels Muay Thai: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, sparring grade shin pads (non cloth).
- Advanced Muay Thai: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, sparring grade shin pads (non cloth).
- Fitness Kickboxing: Boxing gloves, and hand wraps.
- Thai Camp: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, sparring grade shin pads (non cloth), elbow pads, knee pads, and coach’s approval.
- Sparring: 16oz boxing gloves, sparring grade shin pads, mouth guard, knee pads, and coach’s approval.
Monday

5:30pm – 6pm: Fitness Kickboxing
6pm – 7pm: All Levels Muay Thai
7pm – 8pm: Advanced Muay Thai
Tuesday
12pm – 1pm: All Levels Muay Thai
6pm – 7pm: Advanced Muay Thai
7pm – 8pm: All Levels Muay Thai
Wednesday
