class schedule

Please note the following equipment and experience requirements per class. Students without proper gear, will not be permitted to attend class. We don’t provide loaner gear.

 

  • All Levels Muay Thai: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, sparring grade shin pads (non cloth).
  • Advanced Muay Thai: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, sparring grade shin pads (non cloth).
  • Fitness Kickboxing: Boxing gloves, and hand wraps.
  • Thai Camp: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, sparring grade shin pads (non cloth), elbow pads, knee pads, and coach’s approval.
  • Sparring: 16oz boxing gloves, sparring grade shin pads, mouth guard, knee pads, and coach’s approval.

Monday

12pm – 1pm: All Levels Muay Thai

5:30pm – 6pm: Fitness Kickboxing

6pm – 7pm: All Levels Muay Thai

7pm – 8pm: Advanced Muay Thai

Tuesday

12pm – 1pm: All Levels Muay Thai

6pm – 7pm:  Advanced Muay Thai

7pm – 8pm: All Levels Muay Thai

Wednesday

12pm – 1pm: All Levels Muay Thai

5:30pm – 6pm: Fitness Kickboxing

6pm – 7pm: All Levels Muay Thai

7pm – 8pm: Advanced Muay Thai

Thursday

12pm – 1pm: All Levels Muay Thai

6pm – 7pm:  Advanced Muay Thai

7pm – 8pm: All Levels Muay Thai

Friday

5:00pm – 7:00pm: Open mat / sparring

Saturday

11:00am: All Levels Muay Thai

12:00pm: Thai Camp
