AUTHENTIC MUAY THAI

Students are taught authentic Muay Thai as it is taught and practiced in Thailand. Our coaches have trained extensively in Thailand. Our Muay Thai program is comprised of multiple classes that help develop a student’s ability and fitness.

Each week, class focuses on a specific technique like kicks, elbows, boxing, or bag work. Students work together based on experience.

Students progress from beginner to advanced through our curriculum. We use the traditional Muay Thai prajiad to measure a student’s progress.

CLASSES

MUAY THAI FOUNDATIONS

Muay Thai Foundations teaches students core technique. The Foundations curriculum includes

  • Elbows
  • Knees
  • Rhythm and footwork

ALL LEVELS MUAY THAI

All Levels Muay Thai includes a combination of basics, and some advanced techniques. The All Levels curriculum includes

  • Bag work
  • Pad work

 

WOMEN’S KICKBOXING

An intense physical and mental workout that builds confidence in all students. The Kickboxing curriculum includes

 

  • Bag work
  • Ab exercises
  • Body weight exercises

FIGHTER FITNESS

Fighter Fitness focuses on developing a strong body, and improved cardio. Both are essential for Muay Thai. Classes use body weight, hand weights, and kettlebells to train the way Muay Thai fighters in Thailand get in top physical condition. 

THAI CAMP

Thai Camp is true Thailand style Muay Thai training. Only available to advanced students. The Thai Camp curriculum includes

 

  • One on one work with coaches
  • Pad work
  • Bag work
  • Advanced technique instruction
