consistent training gets consistent results

Like everything worthwhile in life, learning Muay Thai, and reaching fitness goals takes consistent practice over time. There are 168 hours per week, and you only need to dedicate 2 or 3 hours per week to Muay Thai for a healthy, positive impact on your life.  

Think about all the progress you have made so far in your Muay Thai journey. How much strength have you gained so far? How much technique have you learned? How many new friends have you made? Are you progressing towards your goals?

However when you don’t train consistently, all that progress you made, and time you dedicated is lost. After 4 days of not training, an athlete will start to lose cardio. After 1 week your brain will begin to forget technique, and hinder your progress. After 3 weeks your hard earned weekly gym schedule becomes harder to start again. 

The hardest thing to do is maintain the discipline to train when motivation has worn off. Your coaches are here for you. Whatever you need to train consistently, just ask. We want you to succeed.
