Kru Derek

Owner / Head Trainer

Kru Derek has been training, and teaching Muay Thai for 20 years. Kru Derek is a student of Kru Eric Karner, and the famous Sityodtong Muay Thai camp in Pattaya, Thailand.

Kru Derek has taught multiple accomplished, and champion fighters. His dream to honor his teachers, and teach the Sityodtong style has been realized with the opening of Burning Spirits Muay Thai Boxing.

Kru Courtney

Muay Thai Coach

Coach Courtney has been training Muay Thai for many years. She has travelled to Thailand to train at several famous Muay Thai camps. She teaches both foundations and advanced techniques, as well as works with fighters.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Coach Shawn has over a decade of experience coaching Muay Thai and strength and conditioning. Our students and fighters have excelled at reaching their fitness goals under Coach Shawn’s training.
