Burning Spirits lineage is to the world famous Grand Master Kru Yodtong Senanan and the Sityodtong Muay Thai camp located in Pattaya Thailand. Our coaches have been trained by some of the best trainers in Thailand, and their direct descendants here in the US.

PROGRAMS

Burning Spirits offers different programs for students to reach their Muay Thai and fitness goals.  All of our programs are taught using a proven curriculum based system. From beginner to advanced, students work with each other at the same experience level. Student progress is measured through our curriculum using the traditional Muay Thai pradjit as a measure of rank.

Muay Thai BASE

The Muay Thai BASE program offers our curriculum based Muay Thai lessons 2 times per week. Classes range from our Foundations to Advanced classes. Each week classes focus on a new topic in our curriculum like footwork, kicks, boxing, elbows, and knees. This is a good program for beginner students.

Muay Thai CORE

The Muay Thai CORE program includes Muay Thai AND Fitness classes 3 times per week total. These additional classes are intense workouts that will get you in top physical shape.

Fighter Fitness classes are strength and conditioning the way Thai Boxers in Thailand stay in shape for fighting. It’s widely known that Muay Thai fighters are some of the most conditioned athletes in the world.

Our Heavy Bag classes are high intensity cardio workouts. Not only does heavy bag work improve your conditioning, but improves your Muay Thai by increasing hitting power, technique, balance, and range.

Muay Thai UNLIMITED

Our Muay Thai UNLIMITED program is for students looking to train an unlimited number of classes per week in both Muay Thai and fitness classes. This is the program if you’re looking to advance your Muay Thai technique rapidly, and see fitness results quickly.
